Care & Maintenance

General Safety

Regular care helps maintain the appearance and performance of your fireplace. Always follow the instructions supplied with your specific model.

Before cleaning or maintenance:

Turn off the fireplace and allow it to cool completely.
Disconnect electric products from the power supply.
Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or corrosive chemicals.
Keep ventilation openings clear of dust and obstructions.
Do not disassemble electrical or internal components yourself.
Electric Fireplace Care

Disconnect the fireplace from the power supply and allow it to cool before cleaning.

Clean the glass and outer frame with a soft microfiber cloth. A slightly damp cloth may be used for stubborn marks, but the surface should be dried immediately.

Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner at low power to remove dust from air inlets and outlets. Never spray water or cleaning liquid directly onto the fireplace.

Regularly check the power cord, plug and ventilation openings. Stop using the fireplace if the cable is damaged or the unit produces unusual noise, odor or excessive heat.

Water Vapor Fireplace Care

Use clean water of the type recommended in the product manual. Do not add perfume, essential oils or other chemicals unless the product is specifically designed for them.

Empty and clean the water tank regularly. Wipe the tank, water reservoir and mist outlet with a soft cloth to help prevent mineral deposits and maintain a consistent flame effect.

If the fireplace will not be used for an extended period, empty the water tank and allow all water components to dry before storage.

Bioethanol Fireplace Care

Always extinguish the flame completely and allow the burner to cool before adding fuel. Never refill a burner while it is operating or still hot.

Use only approved bioethanol fuel. Clean up any spilled fuel before lighting the fireplace.

Clean the stainless steel burner with a soft, damp cloth after it has cooled. Avoid abrasive materials that may scratch the surface.

Operate the fireplace in a suitable, well-ventilated area. Never leave a burning fireplace unattended, and keep combustible materials away from the flame.

Hanging Fireplace Care

Regularly inspect the mounting structure, suspension pipe and connection points. Make sure the fireplace remains stable and securely installed.

Do not move or adjust the fireplace while it is operating or hot. Maintenance requirements for the flame system should follow the relevant electric, water vapor or bioethanol instructions.

Holographic Fireplace Care

Turn off and disconnect the fireplace before cleaning.

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust from the screen and outer surfaces. Do not spray cleaning liquid directly onto the display.

Keep ventilation openings clear and prevent water or moisture from entering the electronic components.
