What types of fireplaces do you offer?
We offer built-in electric fireplaces, water vapor fireplaces, bioethanol fireplaces, hanging fireplaces and holographic fireplaces for residential and commercial projects.
What is the difference between these fireplace types?
Electric fireplaces use LED technology to create a flame effect and may include heating. Water vapor fireplaces combine fine mist with LED lighting. Bioethanol fireplaces produce a real flame using approved bioethanol fuel. Holographic fireplaces use digital display technology to create a decorative flame effect.
Do water vapor fireplaces use real fire?
No. Water vapor fireplaces use fine mist and LED lighting to create a realistic flame effect. The flame effect itself does not involve combustion.
Do electric fireplaces provide heat?
Heating depends on the selected model and configuration. Some models include an optional heating function, while others are designed for decorative use only. Please check the product specifications before ordering.
Do bioethanol fireplaces require a chimney?
Bioethanol fireplaces generally do not require a chimney, gas connection or electrical connection. They must be installed in a suitable, well-ventilated space and operated only with approved bioethanol fuel.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. We provide custom sizes, functions, colors and installation configurations for selected products. Contact us with your required dimensions and project details.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM orders, including custom branding, product sizes, functions and packaging. The typical MOQ for customized branding is 50 units.
Which voltage options are available?
Electric models are generally available in 110–120V and 220–240V versions. Please confirm the voltage and plug type required in your country before ordering.
How should the fireplace be installed?
Installation requirements depend on the product type and model. Please follow the supplied installation instructions and maintain the recommended ventilation and safety clearances. Professional installation is recommended for built-in products.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to customers in Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination, product size and order quantity.
Are shipping costs and import duties included?
Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include international shipping, customs duties or local taxes. Contact us for a shipping quotation before placing a project or wholesale order.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a two-year limited warranty for eligible products. Warranty coverage is subject to correct installation and normal use. Please contact us with your order information, photos and videos if you require after-sales support.
